Taking risks means being aware of what you can lose.
Recently I lost a potential client. Instead of wallowing over the end of the relationship, I shrugged it off, and looked at it as “this means more clients are coming my way!”
Truth be told, this mindset shift was not natural for me months ago.
But after noticing the pattern in life and pursuits, what’s true via my past experiences is that the light always emerges at the end of the dark tunnel.
You lose some, you’ll win some, like the up and down graph.
Some days are good, and some days are bad. That’s just the natural progression in life.
And the more you evolve in life, the bigger you’d lose, in exchange for a bigger win.
You can’t win without making some sacrifices, right?
So don’t be upset over the ones you lost.
In the words of Patrick Bet-David, “Recessions are Pruning Season”.
You need to weed out some elements to give space for more bloom in your life. That’s just the natural order of the Universe.
So, don’t beat yourself up when you lose some, okay?
Smile, be happy, because better things are coming your way!
Have you experienced your pruning season?
How was it?
Genuinely want to know,
